Accomplishments
Piloted new technologies, such as AppSuite and OSI Compass, now utilized by the cooperative. Was able to provide feedback on functionality and suggested improvements. Now considered to be a subject matter expert, able to train and assist other users.
Held the position of Vice chair on the PEC Safety Committee since February 2022. since then the committee has collaborated with the Safety department in the implementation of safety initiatives such as:
- Hard hat stickers, to easily identify apprentices and their skill levels
- Vehicle striping, to enhance crew visibility in the field.
- New safety vests, to provide a a more visible comfortable option than was used in the past and set a standard across the cooperative.
