Inside Sales
- Calling assigned CSR’s and other Veseris employees to talk about current promotions
- Getting CSR’s set up and trained on VMSalesApp.com to increase targeted product sales.
- Create relationships with CSR’s and OSR’s to make selling VM Products enjoyable and easy.
- Logging every sales call that is made and documenting the successes and fails.
- Report on progress each week
Working various shows/Expos
- Traveling to work wildlife shows to promote VM Products
- Attend local shows and represent VM at shows such as Texas Pest Expo and others
Pest World
- Building and breaking down convention booth
- Showing up to the shows a day early to build and set up the convention booth
- Keeping containers labeled and organized of which displays came out of what crates
- Cleaning and organizing surrounding area when convention booth is successfully built
- Disassembling the convention booth once the show is over and our crates are brought to us
- Making sure all convention booth items are properly organized and stored in the shipping containers to ship back to Bella
- Working the booth
- Talking with attendees about our products
- Answer any questions people have about VM as a company and about our products
- Representing VM by looking and acting professional while selling and talking about our products
Manufacturing Airzonix Products:
- I manufacture a unique product I helped develop with our CEO Ethan Vickery. We created various flavors of Airzonix: Peanut Butter Chocolate, Chicken, Peanut Butter Chocolate Lite and Green Apple with Black Walnut.
- Create formulas based on flavor profile and strength
- Make small sample sized batches and get them out in the field for testing
- Maintaining a cross contaminate free environment: Making sure flavors do not get cross contaminated by using designated barrels for each flavor.
- Bagging and boxing finished Airzonix product.
- Making sure we have enough stock on hand to take care of orders.
Selling Airzonix
- Traveling to various shows to promote and educate companies on Airzonix
- Creating relationships with PMP and Sales Reps to increase chances of selling the product
- Answer any questions PMP or sales reps might have relating to Airzonix.
Maintaining Facility
- Keeping facility organized and as clean as possible
- Make sure the equipment is safe and set up properly.
- Use industrial air filter while working with open/exposed product to reduce the smell in the facility.
- Communicating with supplier reps.
- Maintaining relationships with Flavor Company reps as well as supplier for carrier oil.
- Contacting appropriate rep when needing a new flavor sample
- Placing orders with Flavor Company when in need of oils to make product.
Research and Development
- Give input on product design and functionality
- Come up with new flavor ideas
- Give input on logistics, bag material, pricing and bag design
- Provide cost breakdown of every component included in manufacturing of Airzonix
Shipping and Receiving
- Receive and take care of any incoming sample order requests when designated person is out of the office
- If the person who fulfills sample orders is out of the office, I am next in line to fill in for them
- Ship any products or items that Ethan needs to be sent out
Operating Forklift
- If needed I am the VM employee that has my forklift certification and is able to use the forklifts in the warehouse
Picking up from suppliers
- Picking up labels and other items needed for production from suppliers (Label Solutions, Byrds, Spartan, ACP, Abbott Labels, Gifford Spring)
Assembling Product
- Assemble sample bags/boxes
- Put together and ship sample boxes/bags of new products such as MBS+ 4 pk sample bags, EZ Kat Airzonix sample boxes.
Laser Engraver
- Engraving Personalized cups
- Engraving names of Veseris Reps, PMP’s for meetings and gifts to promote VM.
- Keeping inventory of all cups
- Make sure the laser is clean and properly maintained
- Box up the cups in designated cup box and ship to recipient
Trap Gauge
- Creating Experiments using the trap gauge
- Testing the force of snap traps when trigger is deployed using the trap gauge sensors
- Testing the pull back strength of snap traps using the trap gauge sensors
- Testing the force to deploy the trigger using the trap gauge sensors
- Recording all of the data and putting it in a report or chart
- Demonstrate how the trap gauge works when having company or office tours
Keeping the office Presentable
- Maintaining Clean and organized office
- Cleaning bathrooms/toilets
- Changing all trash at the end of the work week and tossing in dumpster
- Wipe off every surface in the office at the end of the day/end of week
- Making sure paper towel/Kleenex dispensers are full
- Filling and facing up the VM cooler to make it presentable to guests
- Filling the snack station
- Vacuuming/Shampooing carpets
- Emptying fridge of any left over food/drinks at the end of the week
- Notifying the correct person when getting low on items such as water/private labeled hand towels.
- Maintaining Clean and organized back room
- Keeping inventory of giveaway items such as shirts, hats, golf balls, playing cards, Pens, hand sanitizer.
- Keeping inventory on wall placards and labels and notifying the correct person when running low or out
- Making sure our space in metro warehouse is organized
- Keeping boxes and cases of product in designated areas
- Make sure any workspace used is free from any trash and items such as tables and products are organized and placed out of the way when not in use
- Maintaining parking lot
- Making sure Parking lot is clear from debris and is presentable when having company in town.
