Former Division III All-American who is an articulate, focused, and responsible individual with a passion for improving student athletes in the classroom, in the pool, and in life. Ten years of coaching experience at the collegiate, high school, club and summer league levels. Student-focused and exceptionally passionate about creating well-rounded athletes. NAIA Men's Coach of the Year in 2024.

NAIA Men's Coach of the Year 2024. 7 AAC Conference Coach of the Year Awards. 10 AAC Swimmer of the Year Awards, 4x individual national champions, first men’s national champion and national record holder in Milligan history. First women’s national champion in Milligan history. 81 NAIA All-Americans. Co-Founded "College Swimming Recruiting" facebook group, with over 11,000 followers, Increased team instagram presence from 300 to over 2200 followers

• 4 straight conference championships for the men (2021-2024)
• First ever women's conference championship in 2022, repeated in 2023 and 2024
• Became first program in AAC history to win combined titles in consecutive years
• Program had highest ever finish at nationals in 2024 (3rd for W, 4th for M)
• Grew team from 11 women and 14 men to 17 women and 25 men in 2 yrs.

• Increased men's team GPA from 2.99 Spring 2019 to 3.43 Spring 2021

• Oversaw 2 strength and conditioning assistants, 2 team managers, 2 assistant coaches

• Recruited and coached programs highest ever national finish (Jesse Ecklund, 4th 200 backstroke 2018) and 1 NCAA Regional diving qualifier
• Coached 1 NCAA All-American, 2 Liberty League Rookie of the Year Swimmers, 3 Vassar College Athletics Rookie of the Year
• 5 different conference champions, 3 Scholastic All-Americans
• Men's and women's teams consistently named Scholastic All-American, men finished as high as 4th nationally among Division III schools
• 14 team records broken in 2018, 12 in 2019
• 41 Liberty League Rookie or Swimmer of the Week Awards
• Individualized preswim/postswim routine using injury prevention screening
• Increased presence of team on Instagram (vassarswimdive) from approx 350 (May 2018) to over 730 (March 2019) using video editing, creative imaging
• Game operations manager for M/W tennis, baseball, W lacrosse, field hockey, outdoor track. Included setup for matches and oversight of game operations staff.
