Spencer Seitter

Over a year that I worked as a custodian at a middle school, I have been responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff. My duties included cleaning classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring that all spaces were sanitary and well-kept. I also assisted with setting up for school events, handling minor repairs, and responding to maintenance requests. Throughout the year, I developed strong organizational and time management skills, working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

During my three years at Lowe’s, I started as a cart pusher, where I ensured that shopping carts were collected and returned to the store in a timely manner. Through hard work and dedication, I quickly advanced, taking on additional responsibilities and learning various aspects of store operations. Within two years, I was promoted to a lead cashier position, where I supervised a team, managed customer transactions, and ensured smooth operations at the front end. My time at Lowe’s allowed me to develop strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills, all while providing me with valuable experience in retail management.
