During my experience with guardian, I have had the pleasure of being able to do both residential and commercial security. Involved tasks include; Installing both wired and wireless security systems, Wiring access control jobs, Installing CCTV camera systems, Managing the branch warehouse inventory, Selling and Upselling jobs, and Designing and Producing Jobs, Maintaining a clean company vehicle as well as a clean commercial driving record, and providing all customers with the best possible experience and service that I am able to deliver.

I began my own entrepreneurship, I have been able to grow and develop many skills through this avenue. I first began washing cars for local clients and doing my very best to learn and develop business skills along the way as well as trying to sharpen my customer relation skills because I knew the business would ultimately depend on that. Through years of investing myself into this endeavor we have been able to acquire another company, Hire (3) Full-Time Employees, and grow ourself into Cincinnati's most versatile and one of the most successful detailing operations in the area. Job skills this position has helped me develop include; Time Management, Project Management, Sales and Customer Relations, Marketing and Financing, and Employee and Inventory Management. We also hold many accreditations and 5-star Reviews.

During my time at Koorsen I serviced most of the high end homes in Cincinnati. Ranging from areas such as (Indian Hill, Hyde Park and Kenwood) doing tasks such as servicing and installing residential security systems and servicing commercial security systems with various issues. I also assisted with fire and sprinkler inspections and services as well.

I began with ADT after I saw an online job advertisment. I was hired as a residential technician who didnt know the first thing about low voltage wiring or secuirty systems. I jumped in fully dedicated to learn as much as I could as quickly as possible to help progress myself in this carreer field. I took multiple classes for wired and wireless seurity systems, CCTV systems, and different variations of brand product training. I worked in a residential environemtn and consistantly stayed at the top of my peers, we were ranked on a numbers system and I strived to always let my numbers reflect my work ethic.

I got out of the construction field and tried my hand at education. It was an easy transition for me at the time due to my possession of a college degree. All I had to do was obtain an education license and get certified to work in the local school district and I began teaching students at all different age levels, grades, and subjects. This was during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic and due to the complications that came with that, it drove me away from that source of employment. It was a valuable experience though where I was hoping for a chance to mentor and impact kids for the rest of their lives to help make a positive difference in the world.

I began Neals right after graduation, when I first started Neals I was in charge of cleaning and
organizing jobsites, after a few years of being with the company I have been able to work on
doing removals, framing, and some finish work. I then joined the service division of the company
where I designed templates to increase efficiency and productivity. I sold, designed, and
produced work with the service department as well. During my time with Neals I had to maintain and drive all company vehicles doing clean ups and deliveries. All while maintaining an incredible relationship with internal and external clients
