  • Focused on strategic roadmaps, cost savings, process efficiencies and process optimization, cross functional collaboration, contract analysis, negotiations, and supplier performance to drive bottom line savings, remove redundancies (order cycle times), establish category strategies, and create supplier framework agreements. Manage 14 employees globally.
  • Created and led supplier spend & contract roadmaps to effectively leverage requirements, market tests including support from external research agencies, and RFQs (& RFIs), and to ensure fully negotiated contracts as well as timely PO execution.
