IVR applications support the Content Management for the Citi phone IVR. When a Citibank customer calls the Citibank Customer Service number, it is directed to the IVR interface. The IVR interface responds to the customer, by retrieving the wav files from Web server. GCMS system will allow the business to maintain these IVR interface contents in DB/Web server.
