  • Challenges faced:
  • Most of the legacy teams were affected due to reorganization and I was the only member with the knowledge of the legacy tool leading to 80-hour work week consistently guiding a team of 3 internal GE associates working globally.
  • I led the validation efforts, reduction/elimination of defects, optimization of plans through the entire project provided input to the training group.
  • The successful implementation required collaboration of Infosys contractors, VC analysts, and the digital transformation team. All these teams looked to me for guidance, problem-solving and coaching.
  • I brought these teams together and built confidence that this was an achievable task and laid groundwork for the project milestones needed for a launch in September 2020.
  • Optimized data feeds to the new tool by reducing the number of fields by 55% and the number of transactions by 97% using filtering and aggregation techniques.
  • While the transition was happening the existing had to be maintained and used to pay the sales rep accurately and timely and I was the only resource supporting and guiding the entire USCAN Sales incentive team.
