North Field East (NFE) project is an expansion of the North Field, the world’s biggest single non-associated natural gas field, to reach 110 Mtpa cumulated LNG Production for Qatar.

➢ Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and Commissioning work for U&O buildings located in the W2/W3 and W1A Plot areas (PSM-012A, PSM-012B, PSM-012D & PSM-012F) and its amendments.

➢ Project execution is being carried out the way/method of Integrated Project Delivery ( with 1 team 1 step further 0 incidents and defects).

Project Exposure 02: Katara Twin Tower

Location: Lusail Marina, Doha – Qatar

Project Value : 3.5 Billion Qatari Riyals

Iconic 36 Storey Twin Towers comprising 6* Hotel, 6* Branded Apartments, Five Star Hotel, Floating Island.

Reporting to : MEP Director & Project Director

• Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Ensured Local Authority Regulations and Requirements are followed. (KAHRAMAA, ASHGAL & QCDD).
• Successfully completed the Inspections with Local Authorities. (KAHRAMAA, ASHGAL & QCDD).
• Liaised with MEP Sub Contractors and Specialist Sub- Contractors (Kitchen, Laundry, Cold Room, DCP & Irrigation) for Design Issues and Shop Drawing Submissions.
• Identified deficiencies in mechanical processes to develop improvements.
• Reviewed Technical Submissions and Shop Drawings developed by Sub Contractors and obtained consultant approval with minimum re-submissions .
• Communicated project requirements and areas for improvement in design review meetings.
• Drafted assemblies, models and other technical drawings.
• Applied technical troubleshooting to create quality HVAC and air control solutions.

Projects Exposure 01: Mandarin Hotels & Apartments Musheireb, Doha – Qatar

MEP Project Value : 250 Million Qatari Riyals

Mandarin Hotel & Apartments is a 5 Star Hotel with 300 Rooms, Restaurants, Kitchen and Basement Car Park.

Projects Exposure 02: South East Car Park

Location: Al - Rayyan, Doha – Qatar

MEP Project Value : 200 Million Qatari Riyals

Qatar Foundation Education City's South East Car Park is a high quality 3,159-car park space. It provides a link to the People Mover Station (PMS) for onward travel to final destinations in Education City and to Qatar Academy.

• Supervision of site work, work force handling and Job assignment

• Prepared Detailed Shop drawings of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems.

• Prepared Technical Submittals and Material Submittals as per the Project Specifications and requirements.

• Prepared Material Take Offs for HVAC, Chilled Water, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage and send to procurement department to float enquiries.

• Prepared Duct Matrix and Duct Thickness Schedule (For GI, SS & Black Steel) Ducts as per the SMACNA requirements.

• Preparation of As Built drawings of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems.

• Ensured all the documents and drawings are issued on time and site corrections are captured in as built as well.

• Successfully interpret construction drawings and studied the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

• Effectively estimated, prepared, and assigned the resources such as labor, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution at site.

• Communicated with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress & Conducting site meetings concerning progress of the project.

• Ensured all the requirements are complied as per the Project Spec. and IFC Drawings.

• Ensured proper coordination with all other disciplines and co-ordination drawings are prepared before execution .

• Prepared the Monthly Invoices and submit to the QS of Client for Monthly Works.
