• ERP Governance & Strategic Leadership: Spearheaded the Finance Engineering Domain Tech Lead (DTL) program and completely redefined the Technical Architecture Board (TAB) framework. Served as the technical gatekeeper for all S2P and Sub ledger project launches, while actively shaping Google's long-term "RISE at Google" and SuperNova federated architecture strategies.
• Massive Platform Optimization & Health: Directed critical high-scale programs (Buying Hub PR.X, Unified Dashboards, and global E-Invoicing) while tackling massive infrastructure challenges. This included leading the Buying Hub latency optimization initiative and a massive data archiving program that successfully purged ~40 billion records (reclaiming over 56 TB) to optimize S/4 production environments.
• SIPD Scaling & Engineering Excellence: Scaled the SIPD platform through multiple generations (Cider V migration, Phase 2/3 automated unit testing), built out a dedicated developer team, and drove a 137% improvement in documentation health, drastically boosting developer velocity across 25+ SAP instances.
• Team Growth & Mentorship: Balanced strategic management with technical oversight by conducting 48+ technical interviews, driving bi-weekly Dev Leads communities, and continuing to maintain code quality through the review of over 1,180+ CLs across this four-year period.
• Project N3Q & PIVT Approvals Launch: Led the R3.1 transformation by designing ~93 complex integrations (Workday, Ariba, S4) and engineering the custom, OAuth secured backend for the PIVT Approvals platform; this transitioned $80B in spend across 72 systems, slashed HR data errors by 98.0%, and delivered a mobile-ready system handling 15K+ daily searches and ~3,700 documents for 300K+ users.
• SIPD Platform: Architected and built the SAP Integration Platform for Development (SIPD) from scratch, writing 25K+ lines of framework code to connect SAP with Google's core SDLC tools (Piper, Critique), which now manages 4.9M lines of ABAP code for ~715+ developers.
• Fastpass: Designed a first-ever Oracle EBS to Ariba integration saving ~$8M in 2019, and later led critical SAP integrations for Project N3Q, successfully transitioning $80B in spend to SAP.

• Designed and implemented SAP BRIM solution. Enabled $30M MSP business for subscription based billing.
• Successful Roll out of $20M OEM business on to BRIM platform.
• Designed integration of License and Entitlement workbench. Migrates $1.2B business on to newer platform allowing McAfee to capture product telemetry, increase in revenue, restrict free usage of products and enable customer self service.
• Integrated Cloud and Marketplace applications with back end SAP system.
• Merger / Divestiture: Provided technical solutions for Integrating / Divesting Intel and McAfee Ltd.

• Executed phased roll out of integrations to EMEA countries.
• Involved in phased migration of $4B NA Institutional business from Gentran to TIBCO.
