• Designed and developed a responsive web application to manage employee and department-wise expense tracking.

2. Customer Support Ticketing System (ASP.NET Core + REST API)

• Designed and implemented RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API for ticket management, user authentication, and admin workflows.
• Built Entity Framework Core models and used code-first migrations for database schema creation.
• Integrated ASP.NET Core Identity for user registration, login, and role-based access (User, Support Agent, Admin).
• Used Swagger for generating interactive API documentation and testing endpoints during development.

As part of my hands-on training and client-based internship, I developed two full-featured software applications using the .NET ecosystem, targeting real-world use cases. These projects allowed me to apply core software development principles such as MVC architecture, secure authentication, database integration, and responsive UI design.

2. Inventory Management System (WPF Desktop App)

• Implemented CRUD operations for products, categories, and suppliers with SQLite database.
• Added features for stock level alerts and report generation.
• Used MVVM pattern for clean and maintainable code architecture.
