• Review of Project Design, Engineering & Scope of work for GE Intelligent Platforms.
• Acting as technical interface to customers and is responsible to ensure that projects are executed as per agreed schedule.
• Identification of discrepancies in customer specifications & documentations and raise technical queries.
• Getting the pre-commissioning/Site Readiness check list approval.
• Verification of available material as per approved BOQ/BOM.
• Verification of I/O power as per approved Power Distribution Scheme.
• Powering-Up of PLC control systems and related equipment's.
• Configuration of PC's/ Servers which includes Installation of required application software's, License check and Network Configuration as per approved Communication Network Scheme.
• Loop check of all signals in I/O's list with field and verifying the same with the application software.
• Experience in writing controls logic using GE Proficy Machine Edition (Tool in ladder logic/ FBD / Tool chest), RS Logix 500 as per site requirement both in presence of customer & control philosophy.
• Develop SCADA HMI Screens as per P&ID using GE Cimplicity both in class & object method and Link Object method.
• Data Logging & Reports Generation using GE Proficy iHistorian/SQL & VB Scripting(Cimplicity Script Programming).
• Running the process with the installed Control System with proper Coordination of engineers at Customer end.
• Participating in FAT, commissioning, SAT and start-up activities.

• PLC application logic development for MOV open/close, ESD logic, Manifold Changeover logic, AI data mapping logics, PID logic and auto operation of whole pipeline for ECIL.
• Development of application logic for Remote Telemetry Units used for
• unmanned stations and integrated the same with SCADA on serial DNP protocol.
• Design SCADA HMI screens as per the project requirement and P&ID. Developing PID logics for auto operation of Flow Control Valves, Pressure Control Valves and Pumps according to customer requirement.
• Loading and configuring DNP3.0, Modbus into RTU's.
• Testing Analog and Digital points coming from field instruments using Test Harness S/W Tool.
• Providing Training and Technical Support to customer on ECSCADA software.
• Checking the Communication status of Servers, PLC's, RTU's and HMI.
