Project name: Quantum Fiber

As part of transforming CenturyLink Fiber into Quantum Fiber, worked in the GCP services Application.

The Quantum Fiber GCP Services provides a suite of Microservices related to dispatch, ordering and Billing integrated with Salesforce Application and gateway to Legacy applications using Google Cloud Platform(GCP).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design and maintenance of GIT Repositories Using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Responsible for Microservices/API’s Design, Development and Deployment.
• Enhanced software performance by optimizing algorithms and implementing efficient DevOps practices using GCP Cloud Technologies.
• Lead a team of developers to successfully complete projects on time and within budget constraints.
• Established a streamlined development process, improving overall productivity and reducing timetomarket with DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and Extensive use of GIT for source code tracking and deployment, and JIRA for bug tracking.
• Identified opportunities for improvement in existing systems by analyzing end-user feedback data, leading to impactful enhancements.

• The API Factory Services (APIF-SVCS) provides technicians to perform speed tests at customer premises and generate Health certificates
• Loop Qualification API is a RESTful web service providing access to Loop Qualification data for subscribers of our local ILEC carriers (LQ, LC, and EQ)

• DGW is considered as a Dispatch Gateway that will be responsible for interfacing between the WFA/C system and CLICK dispatching system
• DGW is one of the order management systems that handle both provisioning of orders and repair tickets
• DGW receives the Installation orders from TIRKS (Trunk Integrated record keeping system) and repair tickets from NTM, WFAC (Workflow administration application) and OTTO.

• Worked in Various Projects under Dispatch Domain both in National and Local like WDS (Work delivery System), Qfield, Service Planner, TechTad and Tech Access
• Rich experience in Software development life cycle (SDLC) of application from design phase to implementation phase and testing
• Expertise on core Java technologies
• Expertise in client-side Technologies such as HTML/5, CSS, java script
• Working knowledge with WebLogic Technologies
• Experience in design and development of web-based applications using Java, JDBC, Servlets, EJB, Java API and Spring
• Used Maven Scripts for building and deploying the application in web and App servers
• Experience in using Junits in Java, working knowledge with Windows and Unix team to check access issues for new setups.
