Srinija Adibhatla began her dance training at the age of six under the guidance of Smt. Kalyani Veturi, a graceful dancer, and the founder of Sree Mayuri Dance Academy. The passion her teacher instilled in her lead her to pursue further training under the guidance of Sri. Pasumarthy Mruthyumjaya Sarma, a skilled dancer, who is a torchbearer for the Vedantam and Pasumarthy traditions.
With the blessings of her gurus, Srinija has completed her Rangapravesam in 2019, and has performed at a variety of venues including the Cleveland Thyagaraja Ardadhana, Shilparamam, and the World Telugu Cultural Festival to name a few.
At the moment, Srinija is pursuing her interest for dance by acting as the lead choreographer for her collegiate dance team, OSU Inaayat. During her time at college, Srinija hopes to be able to dive further into the world of dance through exploration of theory, practice, and by building meaningful connections with fellow artists who share her passion and vision for the future of the dance form.
