I am currently working for Cisco Systems, one of the largest Networking company. Within the company I worked on various projects. I worked as an SDET consultant on this project to provide automated test solution for functional and performance tests.

The UPS Store, HQ provides Franchisee services for all the UPS stores across theUS. The Point of Sale software and related hardware is supported by TUPSS, HQ. My team provided quality support for the products needed for the entire Franchisee network.

• This project helped in reducing the maintenance and extraneous costs for supporting the existing pay card system

The Package Time Card Editor (PTE) processes all the pay cards for full-time as well as part-time employees; this application was developed using C on DOS. The Center Reporting System (CRS) is the payroll processing application which was developed using MF Cobol on OS 2.11 with DB 2.

• Maintained the existing PTE application and developed a prototype for the new PTE district module
• Analyzed the Center Reporting System developed in MF Cobol to test upgradability of the old application using Visual Basic 6.0 on Windows NT 4.0
