Project: Construction of LUSAIL PLAZA TOWER PROJECT, DOHA,QATAR,

HAMAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (FDTA) PROJECT.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with project execution meetings with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts and coordinate project delivery timelines to coordinate mechanical system designs .
• Reviewed all material submittals, Method statements and other contractor submissions for the project as per the project specifications and contract documents.
• Coordinated with contractor and client for the site activities and resolving site quality issues.
• Managed a team of site Engineers for coordinating all the site monitoring and quality issues.
• Raising site quality observation reports and Non-conformance reports.
• Coordinating with Management, contractor and client for all the site issues and found solutions during project execution.
• Monitoring site activities and progress as per project schedule.
• Managed construction administration and value engineering processes.
• Reviewed technical drawings developed by CAD technicians and drafters.
• Altered and modified designs to meet requirements and eliminate malfunctions.

Orchestrated technical support for testing and commissioning of MEP Sub systems with BMS (building management system, building automation, and rail systems(Rolling stock) for Rail Depot and Stabling yard to achieve the performance of subsystems to match the T &C standards, Design parameters& project specifications.

Managed the sub-contractors of MEP systems to achieve Testing and commissioning criteria’s and lead the below activities like. SAT (standalone test), PSAT (Partial standalone test), Integrated Testing of MEP & RAIL SYSTEMS INCLUDING BACS/BMS system, FIRE ALARM, HVAC systems. Also Tests for PAC (Partial acceptance certificate), FAC (Final acceptance certificate).

• Successfully reviewed all MEP subcontractor testing and commissioning procedures and coordinating with project consultant, Design verification Engineer & Third party consultants. Complying all RAM and ISA (Independent safety assessor) requirements for Safety assessment of the project.
• Independently conducted meetings with sub system contractors, third party vendors and stakeholders for achieving and completing the works in specified project time line. Attending meeting with client and consultant regarding the progress and regular meetings and discussions and found solutions for all site issues.
• Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems.
• Resolved conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.

Key Achievements:

• Independently Spearheaded the development of consistent and high-quality project deliverables whilst ensuring completion of key project within set time, budget, and quality, frameworks.
• Developed a range of testing and commissioning plans and procedures as well as maintained detailed accurate project T&C records, Snagging, and de snagging data, documentation, and progress/field reports.

Developed MEP project from design review to installation and final commissioning, whilst applying updated methodologies, proper engineering basics and value engineering processes in Major projects for MEP & Utilities system.

• Completed and delivered two projects while ensuring full compliance with approved material approvals, method statements, project specifications, and QA/QC standards. Resolved the contractor queries and review matters in a proactive and efficient manner. Coordinated with contractors during the project execution; submission reviews, installation and commissioning phases. Represented field report/non-conformance report' (NCR) regarding quality.
• Tested and commissioned newly installed systems, closely monitoring functionality and adherence to operating specifications.

• Hamad International Port Project (3Billion US Dollar) (Project management and supervision consultant): Independently Handled Two packages with MEP Building Services & Utility systems (Underground piping for Potable water, Foul water, Sewerage water and pumping stations provided innovative solutions for all technical issues at site, which reduced cost and time with liaison of client/stakeholder, Shop drawings review, monitoring progress and submitting reports, Worked as acting Assistant resident as per Senior resident engineer instructions. Applied technical troubleshooting to create quality HVAC and air control solutions.
• Barwa City and Amenities Project Design and Supervision consultant (1.5Billion US Dollar): Successfully Completed the project from Installation to Commissioning of MEP & Utility systems ( Buildings, Underground piping for potable water, foul water and fire water services with pumping stations.) Assisted Superiors in all review matters of the contractor’s submission (Material approvals, inspections. maintained safety and HSE standards at site. Reviewed contractor claims regarding payment and providing recommendations to superiors in an efficient and timely manner. In addition, provided effective solution for project site issues by coordinating with contractors up to the satisfaction of client/stake holders. Applied technical troubleshooting to create quality HVAC and air control solutions.
