- Performed root cause analysis and tuning of actuator behavior under varying loads and feedback conditions to quantify the behavior of a Bionic tactile sensor, procuring profound lab experience with servo motor control, Linear actuators and other lab equipment.
• Optimized sensor and actuator system response time by to as low as 0.76ms, reflecting a strong grasp of complex production processes and mechanical-electrical integration.
• Assembled, troubleshot, and actuated a robotic hand with 16 Dynamixel servo motors, showcasing hands-on experience with mechatronic control systems and system integration.
• Worked with systems from National Instruments(NI-DAQ) and Arduino for real-time Data Acquisition. Formulated control algorithms for 6-axis industrial robots from Universal Robots(UR5e) and FANUC.
• Prototyped and designed multiple 3D-printed components to support evolving experimental requirements.
