• VB scripting to provide various functionalities based on Customer requests in HMI screens.
• Engaged with customers to gather requirements for enhancements in SCADA features.
• Working with Drilling and Production Customers like Chevron, ADNOC offshore, Summit Midstream, CSE-ICON, Tatweer (Bahrain), Ecopetrol, PDO (Petroleum Development Organization) etc.
• Hands-on experience on the Web-based SCADA ForeSite which uses the data from CygNet at back end. This is a Drilling and Production Software used by many Customers in the Middle East to monitor 1000’s of Wells in Production.
• Developed good understanding of how APIs function in a SCADA environment and how to use them to fulfil customer requirements.
• Helping QA team in solving in-house issues they face while using CygNet in Web based SCADA platform.
• Good understanding to various drilling and production software used for optimization of production data on rigs.
• Responsible to build Knowledge Base Articles for queries reported by Customer for future references and reducing the Time for Resolution.
• Focusing on storage of huge amounts of data being handled by Customers on Cloud.

• Customer facing and Troubleshoot complex issues in order to identify root causes.
• Possessing a good understanding of network protocols used for PLC or DCS communication with HMI/SCADA.
• HMI/ SCADA and Programming/Logic development on GE Control System products like Mark VIe, Mark VI, Mark V.
• Expertise on HMI/ SCADA development using GEIP’s CIMPLICITY and enhancement of HMI objects, screens for Customer specific requirements.
• Configuring, validating and supporting Site commissioning teams to establish DCS communication between GE PLCs and third party DCS like Yokogawa DCS.
• Leading & executing HMI/SCADA and Control logics for GE’s Mark VIe New Unit & Mark V to Mark Ve Upgrade projects right from customer proposal to site commissioning.

• Worked with Critical customers like SHELL, EXXON MOBIL, BOTAS Petroleum corporation, TRANSCANADA from HMI/ SCADA development and GE Mark VIe PLC programming to Site Commissioning and Development of HMI screens for use as GE HMI standards and benchmarking HMI quality for upcoming projects
• Worked on HMI – HMI Upgrade jobs from Windows XP to Windows 7 involving third party communication reconfiguration like Bentley.
• Ownership & execution of Mark V, Mark VI, Mark VIe OSI-PI Historian projects from Customer proposal to Site Support during Commissioning.
• Been a single point of contact for OSI PI Historian jobs and site support involving Historian installation to commissioning for critical customers like Woodside, Pakistan Petroleum, Burullus LNG.
• Training new joiners on CIMPLICITY, GE control system products, OSI-PI Historian.
• Provided onsite commissioning support to ensure successful system integration.
• Resolving Issues. Identifying Root-Cause for problems, & process enhancement.
• Led innovation initiatives to generate and develop new ideas for business investment over the course of a year.
