As a manufacturing associate in LVA Panels, I have pushed myself to learn as much as possible, to question and to help. I have learned so many ways to spot issues that may result in rework or non-conformance. I have communicated issues and ideas that have directly resulted in positive changes to wiring diagrams, wire lengths and device layouts not matching what is depicted on the wiring diagram. I utilize Enovia to check the BOM and verify that devices are correct. I strive maintain a preventative mindset versus a reactive mindset. If I see a mistake that is consistently made, I ask myself, "Is there something we as a team can do to change and prevent this?" If the answer is yes, I start the conversation. If the answer is no, I still start the conversation because some one else may have a different viewpoint or idea. I assist those on my shift by answering questions, then going above and beyond to find the answer if I don't have it. If something is incorrect, I escalate it so that it gets corrected. As someone who has spent a significant amount of time training those I work with, I hold myself to a very high standard and I hold those around me to a very high standard as well by providing feedback that is accurate and complete.
