  • Provide support to the Data Management Services Team. Secondary support to Production and Engineering functions of the regional office as billable time allows.
  • Provide necessary support to the Data Management Services (DMS) team, Project Managers, and Field Techs. Create various documents including, but not limited to, the following:
    • Primary Focus:
    o Phase 1 – Evaluation Documents & Reports / DMS Documents & Reports
    • Secondary Focus:
    o Support for the following Phases as assigned:
    ▪ Phase 2 – Design Development Documents & Reports
    ▪ Phase 3 – Specifications - Construction Documents & Manuals
    ▪ Phase 4 – Bidding - Support & Bid Recommendation Reports
    ▪ Phase 5 – Construction Review Administration Documents & Reports; AIA Documents, Change Orders, Field Orders; and other documents as necessary.
    ▪ Proof, track, and finalize Field Reports and distribute.
    • Track status of deliverables for projects.
    • Office duties as follows:
    o Answer telephone.
    o Run errands as necessary.
    o Order office supplies.
    o Order food for meetings, etc.
    o Ship out packages.
    • Meeting and conference call set-up and confirmation.
