Review Local 770 Data Processing reports (new hires, address changes, etc.), resolve staff eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and premium issues through targeted email coordination with Accounting, and monitor Benefit Representatives’ performance reports and call metrics via RingCentral.


Process credit card premium payments, manage office supply orders and inventory, and provide reliable backup support to team members. Create, edit, and maintain documents to meet policy and audit standards. Coordinate special mailings, review DHA dental brochures for accuracy, and obtain executive approval before distribution. Assist the Supervisor with Food Trust External Audits by gathering and organizing documentation from satellite offices.
