Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily office operations, managing emails, phone calls and visitors to the office.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings for multiple employees.
- Providing clerical support to the Director of Quality and Infection Prevention manager.
- Assisting with performance monitoring and physical environment through audits.
- Promptly responding to customer complaints, trying to ensure that quality standards are adhered to.
- Participating in workshops and in-service meetings to enhance personal growth and professional development.
- Patient advocacy and coordination with other departments in an effort to meet patient expectations and give them a positive experience.
- Meeting minutes.
- Preparing for and assisting with regulatory visits from DNV, DOH and OMH.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information, upholding the highest level of professionalism at all times.
