Educational And Administrative Philosophy

A school is a community of learners, inclusive of teachers and students. All members of the community must be engaged and supported in the teaching and learning process. When learners are engaged and supported, authentic learning experiences can take shape and people are willing to take risks. I value creating environments where learners work collaboratively through active reading, discussion, and writing that will create a deeper understanding of issues and solutions in the greater society.
