I have 4 years experience working in the hospital setting. I had to move quickly in ER with trauma situations, perform my exams in a relative timely matter for patient care to be provided and use my knowledge to take diagnostic X-rays so the Radiologist can report and give the best care to the patients. Worked with my Radiology Team to perform exams in a timely manner and keep the flow of exams running smoothly all day. I have worked with doctors in the Operating Room and Endoscopy Room, moving large equipment for fluoro exams and had to think quick and pay attention to details in order to do my job efficiently. I have worked with Radiologists during our fluoro exams so I know how to set up patients rooms with contrast and explain exams to patients so they are well informed before the exam, and I know how to work with a Radiologist to get the exam done in a professional manner.
