  • As the first HR hire at Relevate Power, I have established the human resource function from the group up to support strategic growth and organizational scalability.
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives in a mission-driven, innovation-focused environment.

  • Company Overview: Supported the 3rd largest Semiconductor Research and Development Facility in the United States. Supporting the Executive staff as well as 250 regional employees.
  • Sr Member of the site executive leadership team with dual reporting to the President, TTCA and the Sr. Director of HR in Chaska, Minnesota
  • Partnered with the local President as well as the Global HR Team to plan HR initiatives for the R&D Site, TTCA.
  • As the first HR Business Partner assigned to the R&D site, I implemented an executive reporting structure, to include the creation of 4 Vice Presidents, reducing the presidents report load.
  • In two years raised the site employee satisfaction survey scores by 18%. This was accomplished by instituting site lunch and learns, management trainings, and an employee engagement committee.
  • Working in conjunction with other remote HR partners, to efficiently execute the annual and mid year performance appraisal process for TELUS.
  • Set-up an executive coaching program for newly appointed VP positions that has been replicated at all other TELUS sites.
  • Instrumental in site expansion strategy, to make us eligible for US Federal Chips Act Funding.
  • Partnered with the NY Training Center and local military establishments to create a pathway for transition from active duty to the Field Service Technician role.

  • Developed, organized and executed a training program for professional development and to ensure all state and federal training requirements have been met.
  • Provide coaching and consultative support to management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change and people management issues.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, maintain an engaged workforce and retain the best talent.
  • Provide date to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions)

  • Worked with leadership to evaluate existing talent and identify gaps to meet the companies Succession Planning needs.
  • Coach management staff on supervisory skills to increase communication, clarify expectations and improve overall employee performance.
  • Partnered with local/corporate Systems IT department to revamp the compensation and organizational structure.
  • Manage immigration process working with attorneys and employees to maintain compliance for all New York locations.
  • Developed and implemented company-wide recognition program to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leadership and oversaw HR team on complex workplace investigations, consulting legal when necessary.
  • Oversaw a team of 4 generalist in the Albany location and assisted with the management of the Human Capital department in Rochester.

  • Developed and implemented a Seasonal Hiring strategy to reduce the number of temporary associates and support the clients’ increase in volume.
  • Lead the site Executive Committee Development Plan which included establishing a site-specific Mission and Vision Program.
  • The site cultural plan implemented the FISH! Philosophy training program. The program was used as a template for 3 additional sites.
  • Contract was not renewed
