Obtaining the position for CAPS - Administrative Services Unit - Administrative Assistant II, will allow me to meet the child care needs of Georgia's children and their families, through educational and therapeutic interventions. - Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in MEDITECH

- Process incoming doctor orders and referrals.
- Transfer new patient orders and referrals into Excel.
- Correspond with patients, doctor’s offices and other medical facilities in order to input data for necessary services.
- Create charts for each patient seen in cardiopulmonary rehab.
- Print and submit daily financial overview for the department.
- Educate patients on how the cardiopulmonary program functions.
- Submit medical information to other medical facilities on behalf of the patients.
