Involves significant outreach due to interdisciplinary programs or external university or corporate partnerships/collaborations including resolving complexities with interdisciplinary or out‐of‐ Pittsburgh programs.
- Collaborates with program director to review and assess program(s), student progress, and operations, etc. May provide contributory input for budget development.

Provided primary support for the Graduate Chairperson. Duties include,
- student advising to ensure students are on track to graduate as well as certifying each student for their degrees.
- Setting up monthly faculty meetings
- Facilitating graduate recruiting and serving as a main point of contact/liaison from the application process until each student arrives, until they graduate.
- Record and database management, implementing and executing all programming for the annual “Open House” and orientation activities, coordinating semi-annual graduate semester review.
