  • Manage a professional staff of 19 employees, 1,424 volunteers, and 12 members of the Board of Directors.
  • Updated a 39-year-old nonprofit organization with an annual $1.8M budget by developing a professional staff specializing in social work, counseling, trauma, crisis, food insecurity, and mental and behavioral health services.
  • Raised all organization funding through grant writing, individual and major gifts, events, corporate relationships, and City, County, and State contracts.
  • Established MOU partnerships with local leaders of school districts, local mental health authorities, law enforcement agencies, faith centers, and corporate, city, county, and civic organizations, with the purpose of connecting all current and future resources together into a strong safety net system, with the core focus of developing mental and behavioral health services for the county.

  • Coordinated a county-wide Behavioral Health Coalition with multiple workgroups focusing on core impact areas, including older citizens, schools, law enforcement, behavioral health, and substance use.
