• Pfizer Global Recoveries Program PM Lead (2017- 2022: Facilitated financial recoveries across Pfizer, including $307M in recovery contributions between 2017 – 2022. Provide key updates to PGRP Steering Committee and Drive for Cash initiative to CFO.
• Third Party Risk Management PM Lead (2020- 2021): Optimized the TPRM project team to provide a holistic approach to risk assessment and management across Pfizer's operations through governance, policy, process, and system capabilities. Drove key updates for to S&ES leaders.
• 340B Duplicate Discount Assessment Lead (2019 - 2020): Directed a cross-functional Working Group to identify and prevent $11M in duplicate upfront 340B Medicaid payments while providing process improvement. Influenced key senior stakeholders to fund the ongoing duplicate discount solution and digital enablement.
• Financial Reporting Initiative SUN Implementation Lead (2014 – 2015): Deployed strategy and execution to enable Balance Sheet Reporting business unit segmentation across 52 unique SUN instances.
• Cross-Program Lead (2011 – 2013): Facilitated portfolio strategy an FPMO LT member with responsibility for two direct reports; coordinated prioritizing and identifying risks and interdependencies across Finance, including providing updates to the CFO.

Digital Technology:

• Project Lighthouse PM Lead (2017 - 2018): Influenced strategy and orchestrated coordination for the first internal finance predictive analytics forecasting solution. Solution automated a Gross Sales to Margin SKU-level modeling and trending capability. Results included automating a previous manual forecasting tool while introducing a Brand-level trending automation to optimize LE and Op Plan submissions. Elicited Change Management support from key stakeholders in a challenging environment.
• Digital Finance Transformation PMO (2017 - 2018): Coordinated the digital finance strategy across finance functions to identify, evaluate, and prioritize artificial intelligence and other innovative digital tool solutions.

Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture:

• Medivation Acquisition Finance Deputy PM Lead (2016 - 2017): Enabled global cross-Finance integration planning for the $14B Astellas / Xtandi transaction in a condensed timeframe.
• Nutrition Divestiture Transaction Service Agreement Lead (2012 – 2013): Directed divestiture across 48 markets for the $12B transaction, including acting as lead negotiator for the Transaction Service Agreement. Managed TSA negotiations for two follow-on divestitures to separate Buyers
