I am proficient in performing general and preventive maintenance with processes and support equipment. I am hardworking and goal-oriented with 20 years of expertise in Manufacturing and construction environments.
I have been Certified DCS Operator who has years of experience with construction including some HVAC experience.
I have been a member of the Emergency Response Team and always been a part of company functions and team leadership. I also have experience in Drafting and I have also bid and priced jobs to be done by construction companies. I have been in charge of many company events and helped the Human Resource Department with activities and to put on different Tournaments for the company. I have been the spokesperson for High School Bass Fishing Association including a tournament of over 4000 people for 5 years.
I have been a Safety in Action (SIA) conference attendee. Helped with developing safety protocols. I have attended various Safety conferences as well and I do not mind traveling.

Responsibilities
• Conduct the day-to-day operation of plant yard area chemical systems: monitor the overall operation and status of neutralization systems and submit work service requests for system repairs as needed.
• Assist maintenance and engineering with troubleshooting and identifying equipment issues.
• Perform chemical tote / bottle change-outs on equipment support a high-volume, batch production environment.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to operate, perform preventive / routine maintenance and servicing various types of equipment.
• Respond to and evaluate a variety of situations involving mechanical, electrical and systems controls.
• Monitor chemical levels and maintain process chemical supply levels
• Unload bulk chemicals and the loads of tanker trucks for shipment.
• Conduct work practices with safety and quality in mind in a 24/7 production environment
• Responsible for ensuring facility equipment and inventory / consumable levels are accurate.
• Complete required business and regulatory process documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Participate and actively engage in quality and continuous improvement projects
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, & external stakeholders
• Utilize business software such as ERP and quality/EHS software
