Communication Skills

As the maintenance manager with Diamond Crystal Brands I improved line efficiencies by implementing the CMMS from ground up and 5's MRO, leading AM events and other maintenance initiatives. Also maintaining the maintenance budget delivering an annual saving of $223,420.00. The technical team was working 60hr weeks 6 and 7 days. Reduced overtime by rescheduling 40hr weeks for maintenance technicians with production coverage on all shifts with improved employee morale and an 380,000.00 annual overtime saving. Developed a conveyor system to move boxes from the box erector to the line V/S employee placing box by hand. 35k savings by repurposing the employee and reducing head count of the temporary associates.
