• Evaluator and consultant for Restorative Dental Materials: Ultradent Corporation. Whitening, Resins, Bonding, and general materials lecturing and evaluating for 14 years. (1997 – 2011)
• Evaluator and consultant for Clinical Research: Orem, Utah with Dr. Gordon Christenson and have worked with Gordon through “DARD” Denver Academy of Restorative Dentistry for 16 years and have been a consultant for “Reality Now” materials testing.
• University of San Antonio: Performed Research and published with Dr. Nasser Barghi on dental composites and oxygen Inhibition. Work published in the Compendium.
• Rocky Mountain Dental Research and Education: Dental materials testing (Bonding, whitening and equipment testing). Worked in coordination with various independent groups and some manufacturers as well as distributors. Performed work for Cosmodent, Bisco, and 3M.
• University of Colorado: In Vivo material research with dental materials and their effectiveness. (Whitening and composite bonding materials) 1997-1999
• University of Louisville: Master’s Research work on the “Ultrastructural Analysis of the Neuro Muscular Junction in Diabetic Mice” with Dr. Kathleen Kluber at the Medical Campus. Materials research on corrosion/leakage of metals and composite materials in the oral cavity. 1992-1994 with Dr. Lawrence Gettleman at the Dental Campus.

• A.A.I.D. Graduate: Implantology Maxi Course Program at the University of Puerto Rico. Maxi course Training included: Tissue Augmentation, Bone Grafting, Sinus Augmentation, Human Anatomy, I.V. Sedation Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Oral Medicine.
• C.P.D. Graduate: The Center for Professional Development. Two-year management program certificate on the business of dentistry in Scottsdale, Arizona. Training included: Budgeting, Internal Marketing, External Marketing, Business Blue Printing, Communication, Business Finance, and Case Presentations.
• KOIS Center: Dr. Lind was awarded a Certificate from Dr. John Kois in successful completion of the KOIS CENTER PROGRAM in advanced treatment planning, occlusion, biomechanics, fixed and removable prosthodontics, implants, advanced restorative and advanced periodontal training.
• Misch Institute: Master in the Misch International Implant Institute. Graduate of both the Surgical and Prosthodontic training programs at the Misch Institute and Surgical Implant Training at Temple University and The University of Detroit.
• O.B.I.: Graduate: Orognothic Bioesthetics International. Training at the University of Oregon Health Science Center. A four year Advanced Prosthodontic-Restorative-Rehabilitation Program.
• Pikos Implant Institute: Certificate of completion in training in tissue grafting, bone grafting, advanced bone grafting, and CT/case diagnosis for implant case workup and treatment planning.
• LSU: Completed a 2-year certificate program in cosmetic dentistry co-sponsored by the AACD. I was awarded with a certificate in Dental Esthetics from Louisiana State University.
• C.A.D.E.: Dr. Lind has completed training in cosmetic periodontal surgery, bone, free gingival grafting, and Alloderm tissue grafting in Dallas, Texas with “The Center for Advanced Dental Education” directed by Dr. Edward Pat Allen.
• DOCS: Completed Advanced Training in the ‘Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation’. Training in physiology, pharmacology, and emergency Medicine.
• SCCP Program: ‘Structural Consulting Certification Program’. Dr. Lind trained in structure and systems development and consulting with Robert & Roseland Fritz, Inc.
• SayBrook University: Stacy completed 29 classes in advanced psychology at the Jungian Institute in Houston, Texas. This was a three year program.
• Klim Institute: Dr. Lind completed Cad/Cam Training with Dr. James Klim in full mouth reconstruction, Posterior and Anterior Cosmetics, and Implant cad/cam design. Dr. Lind also completed training under Jay Black and Frank Acosta with the Sirona InLab training program.
• Biolase: Dr. Lind has completed the introductory/Advanced/Perio laser training programs sponsored by the company Biolase for his use of Lasers in his practices.

• Faculty Member: Dr. Lind has served as a faculty member or visiting faculty for seven universities in the USA and two Universities in Australia. Over the last nine years, Dr. Lind has done work for the University of the West Indies, Trinidad, and Utech College of Oral Health Sciences in Kingston, Jamaica. Dr. Lind has served for the last seven years in a part-time faculty member position for the AAID’s Puerto Rico Maxi Course in San Juan Puerto Rico.
• Lecturing: Dr. Lind has lectured in 98 Countries and has taught so far in 162 Dental Schools. Dr. Lind has been actively lecturing 35 to 40 times a year since 1997 at National and International Dental meetings as well as State Dental Societies. Recent lectures 2025: National meeting in Barbados January 6-7, Guatemala February 8-9, Seattle Study Club March 20-21.
• Clinical Instructor: ‘Rocky Mountain Dental Institute’. (2010 to 2014) Dr. Lind was performing live patient clinical treatments and lecturing on implants, tissue grafting and prosthodontics. Training facility relocated from Denver, Colorado to South Dakota 2014.
• Academy of General Dentistry: Dr. Lind recently resigned from the board of the Colorado Academy of General Dentistry. He has lectured at numerous Master Track Programs throughout the USA and Canada for 23 years. Dr. Lind has lectured at 2 of the National AGD meetings.
• American Dental Association Lecturer for the “Success Program”: Dr. Lind lectured at each of the United States dental schools throughout the United States from 2008 to 2012 to dental students to prepare them for after graduation and private practice.
• University of Colorado College at Denver (Lowry Campus): Program director and instructor of Oral and General Pathology for the dental hygiene program. 1998 – 2004. Dr. Lind was also the Associate Instructor of Dental Materials. 1997-2001. Dr. Lind was also the instructor of the Expanded duties dental assisting (EDDA) courses. 2000- 2008.
