Retirment Plan Services CSR

As a call center rep I assisted branch associates with account maintanence, document processing and intiating transaction requests. I was tasked to lead a small team of document processors for all retiement and 529 accounts while maintaing excellent call metrics. Additional ad hoc duties included traingin new associates and assisting management with projects.
