  • Other responsibilities included one on one work inside the classroom with a student who had autism, in the area of adapting his schoolwork to fit his individual needs. Also worked outside of the classroom helping another student who had emotional behavior disturbance in the area of social coaching and going to class with him on a daily basis.
  • Attended IEP meetings of the two students I interacted with to discuss with parents and team members the progress the students were making and to discuss necessary changes in their school environment.
  • Attended Behavior Intervention Plan meetings to discuss what was working and what was not working also kept a daily data sheet to track patterns of behaviors.
  • Interacted with the parents through emails, a point sheet and face to face meetings.
