Additional Information

When I started Houlihan's in 2002, I started as an Expo. I took maternity leave in October of 2004, I went back as a server. In 2008, I had my second son, going back to Houlihan's shortly after, still serving. I also became a shift leader and server trainer. In 2010 I became a Dining Room Supervisor, as I was still serving. I started to do the server schedule. I also did payroll and paid bills through Enterprise. I have opened and closed the restaurant as a Dining room supervisor. In 2021, still serving, I started to close the kitchen when they needed me to. March 2022 I became a Manager. I was ready to move up, my kids are older now, so i could focus more on my career. I still pay bills, do payroll. I write the schedule for the servers, host and bartenders. I write weekly topics for our pre-shift meetings. I have done line checks, inventory, and ordering.
