House/Office Cleaning
*Assistant to the GM as well as the Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager and Personnel Manager.
*Assist the CEO, CFO and COO (and all other personnel from corporate during their visits).
*Scheduled all business meetings and trips.
*Assist the Maintenance Manager in all contracts, leasing, purchases and billing. Printing and assigning all PM'S to all mechanics.
*All memos, legal documents, reports and any other documents as needed.
*Phone calls and conference calls.
*Checked daily production schedule and assist customers in any way.
*Scheduled travel arrangements and accomodations.
*Notarized all documents.
*In charge of all office equipment.
*Ordering all supplies (Fed Ex, UPS, Airborne etc.... as well as billing).
*Planning and organizing all company functions/picnics.
