Mission trips. I have been on Teen Missions twice. I helped build a church in Mexico and Greece.

I participated in Teen Missions during the summers of 1992 and 1993. I went to Mexico and Greece for 2 months during the summer. During both trips our team build a church and a retreat center, along with some other minor projects. This experience lead me to Toccoa Falls College, where I was able to study about my first passion Jesus. I did not grow up in a faith based home, so I was excited to find out that I could go to college to learn more about Jesus and the Bible. During my time at Toccoa, I studied the New Testament, World Religions from a Christian prospective and Genesis. I lead the women's group for the Atlanta Street witnessing team, which ministered to homeless and drifters. I learned a lot through these experiences and it gave me a deeper sense of how the Lord loves all people.
