Eager to work and have the basics every employer seeks and expects; dependable, trustworthy and diligent working employees. In addition to being an overachiever in the basics I have an ability to problem solve, deescalate situations, motivate others to goals as well as elevate standards. My professional background went full circle in real estate from the accounting department in property management, managing admissions for subsidized housing programs, enforcing federal relocation orders for the public good and to sales. Memorable career moments relate to sales goals, creating new solutions, making a new venture or business alliance and tapping into potential possibilities. The return to Montana in 2005 brought opportnity to work privately opening doors to self employment taking on projects that my work ethic as well as referrals allowed me to continue until moving to the Bitterroot Valley.
