PetroChoice was Superior Fuels when I started. PetroChoice bought us in November 2019. I started as an administrative assistant working 3 hours/day, 5 days/week. After only 3 months, I was promoted to Office Manager, working 40+ hours a week. When it was announced that PetroChoice would be taking over, I was told I would only have a job until March 2020, as they were letting go all office staff within the 3 facilities that they bought. When March rolled around, PetroChoice asked me to stay on for a few more months, until the integration was complete. In May of 2020, PetroChoice asked me to sign on full-time. Over the course of the last 2 years I have gone from a Fuel RSS, which consisted of taking fuel orders over the phone, to a Fuel Operations Specialist. I now move millions of gallons of fuel throughout the Midwest. Starting in IL, through IN, down to Miami, FL. While doing so, I also work directly with all 4 of our Dispatch Teams, A/R Department, moonlight as a Sales Rep., and help with daily operations in 4 different facilities, all remotely from home.

I originally was hired in as part of the kitchen staff, working 15-20 hours a week. Immediately, I was also Serving and Bartending in the front of the house, working close to 50 + hours a week. When the Kitchen Manager was let go, I was asked to step up and take over the position. Within 2 weeks, this position turned into the General Manager. I was required to make schedules for the front and back of the house, do weekly food, drink, and paper supplies orders, as well as, balancing drawers and making daily deposits, working as a server, bartender, and cook, while over seeing all of the Daily Operations. I also coordinated catering events outside of the establishment, including, The Taste of Montgomery County.

When hired into this position, I was hired as a Shipping Clerk but, quickly was given the title of Supervisor. I maintained a daily inventory on all parts, while helping my team of only 3 on the shipping floor building orders. I set up all trucks needed to ship our products, while closely watching our overhead. I was offered the position as General Manager after I had left but, declined.
