Joined Chefs’ Warehouse in 2019 as a Marketing Coordinator and earned a series of rapid promotions: marketing specialist, marketing manager, senior marketing manager, and currently Director of Marketing. In 2024 I relocated from Connecticut to Florida to lead the strategic expansion and brand development of the company’s premier protein brand, Allen Brothers.
Marketing Team & Budget Management

Brand Development
· Lead the comprehensive development of Chefs’ Warehouse protein brands, with a primary focus on Allen Brothers. To ensure authenticity in my marketing approach, I immersed myself in the protein and meat category, becoming highly knowledgeable about the products. This hands-on understanding allowed me to create informed, effective strategies that aligned closely with both brand goals and operational realities.
· Spearhead brand creation, collaborating with legal on trademarks, designing logos, and crafting brand stories.
· Partner with product teams on sourcing and producing content including promotional videos, and brand stories.
Content Creation & Direction
· Direct content team and strategy and creation across all platforms.
· Lead content shoots featuring high-profile chefs, premium product categories, and local sales initiatives.
· Conduct in person interviews with customers, vendors, employees, and board members to use in all forms or marketing.
Event Leadership
· Organize and manage 15+ annual Chefs Warehouse food shows with 200+ booths and thousands of attendees for each event.
· Oversaw a $800K investment as lead manager for the National Restaurant Association 4-day event booth.
· Direct customer appreciation events and trade show operations.
· Assist the chief of staff in planning executive C suite board of director events
· Develop all marketing materials to effectively promote the event and maximize customer attendance.
Digital Marketing
· Created social media strategies and marketing plans in collaboration with vendors and sales teams.
