I am a compassionate Registered Nurse with 28 years of experience in ICU, ER, Med-Surg, pediatric home care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. In high-acuity hospital settings, I have delivered critical care with composure, clinical precision. While working on MED-SURG, I was the go-to resource for policies, protocols. My pediatric home care experience includes managing complex conditions like tracheostomies and seizure disorders, while offering support and education to families. I have also provided comprehensive care in group homes, promoting dignity and independence for residents with intellectual and physical challenges. Above all, patient advocacy is my highest priority, and I am dedicated to delivering safe, respectful, and personalized care to every individual I serve.
