Leading Sales Associate for one of the 3 Outpost Armory locations located within middle Tennessee. This job taught me sales tactics, as well as the inner workings of the firearms industry. This taught me gun laws across Tennessee in order to be in compliance with the law and avoid legal issues, as well as helping to establish relationships with notable Firearm industry trainers, sales people, vendors, and prominent/ influential individuals within the industry.

Learned valuable team cohesion skills, while providing legendary customer service to customers. Received training on sales tactics to entice and ensure customers continue to return to the store. Established relationships with customers that created a “home like” environment that ensured customers returning to location, and made every customer feel heard, understood, and helped.

Became an expert on completing government forms and ensuring documents are filled out correctly, all while balancing a heavy customer load and fast paced sales environment.
