I am the current Senior Client Service Manager. As such, I am responsible s for monitoring, training, and supervisors multiple guards and virtual sites. My ever expanding responsibilities includes, but are not limited to discipline guards when needed (verbal and/or write up), filling open shifts, assisting guards with various emergencies pertaining to their locations, been in regular contact with the police for security emergencies, such as vehicle thefts, intruders, trespassers at the virtual sites, etc.
As a security officer, I was dual certified so I worked both in guard booths (gated Communities) and vehicle patrols. As such, I was responsible to ensure that only authorized visitors were allowed into the communities I was assigned to protect. My responsibilities included among other things denying access to unauthorized visitors, and/or calling the police for anyone who refused to comply, and submit and to document any and all issues on an incident report, and notify the shift Supervisor.
As a scholl bus driver, I was responsible to safely drive the scholl bus to pick children from their homes to school, and drive them back home after school.
I worked in the 'Engineering' department of the Hotel. As such, my duties included a list of rooms that each day I had to inspect and fix minor plumbing, electronic, and painting issues that didn't require a certified plumbers/electricians.
