Injection Molding Set up technician. Set up molds into an injection molding press machine adjust clamp height to ensure there is no flashing of plastic products being produced. Troubleshoot and make necessary changes and adjustments in the molding process to provide high quality products to the customers and certain jobs I’m a machine operator loading threaded inserts into the mold core/cavity that makes threaded plastic products

When first hired started out as a material handler/ stock handler supplying machine operators with the materials they needed to perform piece work and make their rate after 1 year bid for an injection molding machine set up technician that became available and began in house training. Setup molds into injection molding press machines set clamp height to prevent products from flashing load the program into the machine start processing troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to provide high quality products to the customers also perform color changes to products that had multiple color products so overall 26 years of experience as an injection molding technician.

Operation of punch press machines and crimping machines and sonic welding machines also performed assembly work. Assemble rectifiers and electrical component parts also packing up parts did shipping and receiving in between my other duties and responsibilities
