Stanley Otake began professionally conducting hazardous material surveys and overseeing hazardous material abatements in 2013. These have involved asbestos, lead, mold, PCBs, and dust contaminants including arsenic, phosphorus, boron, and silica. As part of these projects, Stan collects bulk samples, analyzes PCM slides, and reviews work areas for clearance. On other projects he has collected groundwater samples, collected soil samples. He is experienced at ensuring compliance with regulations and monitoring safety of crews. Stan also has a background in Construction, Sustainability, Health and Safety. 99% of Stan's work is traveling, sometimes short, sometimes long. Travel is part of what he does best, navigating planning out trips and expenses to accommodate the client. He is able to work alone or in a group. Stan is motivated by good customer service.
