Adept at enhancing community and patient relations, my tenure at Meadowwood Behavioral Health Hospital showcased my critical thinking and team collaboration skills. By developing strategies and organizing events, I improved trust and satisfaction significantly. My expertise in conducting assessments and obtaining insurer approvals underscores my problem-solving abilities and commitment to achieving positive outcomes. While my resume only goes back to the late 90's, my career extends back to the 70's when I was part of a team that developed a preventive mental health program for children. I am also proud to have served as the counselor for many of the victims of the September 11th assault on our country.
