  • Current inventory of Town owned equipment, estimated values, with pictures.
  • Redesigning and updating all information packets, permit applications, etc. Current forms are difficult to read and look unprofessional.
  • Constantly developing methods to insure proper handling of monies collected by Town, to insure accountability.
  • Maintaining open communications with departments to familiarize myself with their activities and needs.
  • Performing exit interviews with previous employees in effort to improve better relationships among our staff and our citizens. My goal being to correct potential errors, mistakes and mishandling of situations from reoccurring.
  • Compiling information to create employee personnel files. This will greatly assist with evaluating performance for raises, promotions and dismissals.
