The Systems Educator I delivers training and development programs to all levels of end users to enable them to effectively use the information technology tools and applications required to perform their jobs. This position partners with end users and application groups to analyze training needs and design documentation, classes, workshops, and computer-based training to support Franciscan Alliance information technology solutions. The Educator delivers training to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles. This position provides a set of products and services that enable Franciscan to collect, organize, and access various types of knowledge.

• Selected to lead numerous committees and classrooms serving 11K+ scholars within northwestern portion of Marion County, Indiana
• Key member of CORE team responsible for building data-driven behavioral and educational plans for struggling students
• Collaborated with parents and educators to review plans and recommend follow-up
• Expertly transitioned learners and their adult caregivers to fully virtual classrooms in response to COVID-19 pandemic
• Successfully trained adults and students in learning technologies and opportunities to continue learning outside of the traditional classroom utilizing Canvas (LMS), Zoom, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite
• Designed and implemented incentive-based programs encouraging learners to make positive choices

• Managed all aspects of project from volunteer and teacher recruitment to administration, training, and communication within 20-person team
• Coached and mentored college education majors and student teachers through collaborative mentorship approach that blended teaching styles

• Piloted iPad program by collaborating with I.T to train students and families on the use of iPads instead of Chromebooks

• Selected to educate students and lead diverse committees across four buildings in nine years while serving 12K+ learners

• Led 12-member social committee responsible for planning staff events, morale-boosting events, and celebrations of life to build supportive organizational cultures
• As liaison to Parent, Organization (PTO), managing all reporting and funding requests

• Taught conversational and situational English to Mandarin-speaking adults and children in a Taiwanese classroom
