  • Developed a comprehensive institutional development plan for the commission and together with the president of the Commission introduced the plan to various interests groups to seek funding and support;
  • Wrote dozens of advisory opinions to clarify the position on questions asked of us by the commercial court, bankruptcy administrators, stock exchanges, investment funds and others;
  • Represented the Commission in the working group drafting the amendments to the Law on Securities and the Law on Business Organizations;
  • Drafted the Commission Code of Ethics and implementation guidelines and delivered training;
  • Coordinated International Organization of Securities Commissions, IOSCO regional group activities and hosted a Consultative Group meeting in Budva, Montenegro in October of 2006

  • Ombudsperson - ran public campaign by meeting with the NGO sector to explain the intention and the functioning of the institution, coordinating, and delivering a set of seminars through Montenegro to popularize the institution;
  • Prosecutor's office - working with the Lead Prosecutor to identify skill gaps among the prosecutors, fund, and deliver programs to address those needs
  • As an officer of the field mission, participated in the weekly management meetings, provided regular updates on my programs, and contributed to general management items
  • Represented the Organization and local and international meetings with representatives of governments, other international organizations such as the Council of Europe, American Bar Associations, and the non government organizations
