  • I worked my way up to my supervision role at Target (which I held for 3 years) started on the "hardlines" aspect of the sales floor, which required me to stock and inventory products, interact and assist guests on the salesfloor, and be ready to assist with cleaning tasks or as a cashier when the store was busy.
  • When promoted to Guest Service Team Lead, I was in charge of the front end of the store (cashiers and cleaning crew) as well as any guest needs when it came to price discrepancies or complaints. I also coached and trained fellow team members when they needed extra guidance in specific areas, or when their performance was lacking.
  • This position also required me to be cross-trained to work at the in-store Starbucks Cafe, for which I received full barista certification.
